Job Description – Project Manager (Contractor)
Job Title: Project Manager (Contractor) – Convo AI Initiatives
Location: Remote
Pay Schedule: Hourly
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager (Contractor) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of Convo AI initiatives — including internal projects, customer-facing deliverables, and external marketing efforts related to conversational AI.
About the Role
l You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure smooth execution across all phases of Convo AI projects—from stakeholder coordination and asset collection to final delivery and reporting.Key Responsibilities
l Liaise with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to schedule meetings, align on deliverables, and keep timelines on track.
l Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring all tasks progress efficiently from kickoff to completion.
l Coordinate with the marketing team to gather and deliver promotional materials (headshots, bios, social clips, case study content, etc.).
l Lead weekly planning meetings to align teams, track status, and proactively flag risks or blockers.
l Maintain a clear project tracker and regularly update key stakeholders on progress, timelines, and open issues.
l Support special projects or customer engagements as needed, with a focus on operational excellence and clear communication.
Requirements
l 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management (tech, media, or customer-facing work is a plus)
l Strong organizational and communication skills
l Comfortable working across time zones and coordinating with global teams
l Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail
Nice to Have
l Background in marketing, customer success, or tech project delivery
l Familiarity with conversational AI, voice agents, or real-time communication platforms
