Monterey Park Hospital, a 101-acute care facility located in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County, is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for our Respiratory Therapy Department. This is a full-time, 12-hour variable shift position reporting to the Supervisor of Respiratory Therapy.
The Respiratory Therapist provides Respiratory procedures without direct observation. Evaluates patient's response to respiratory treatments. Performs assessment on patients according to current departmental policy. Monitors performance of respiratory related equipment. Performs specific diagnostic tests relevant to Respiratory/Cardiopulmonary Care and Ventilator Management.
