FIELD SERVICE MANAGER Single Family- DFW

Due to incredible growth, AIS is seeking a Field Service Manager for the Dallas/FW Texas area. The Field Service Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the installation of Single-family projects. 

**This position will be working out of the DFW Area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate delivery and installation with clients, Install inspections and QC inspections.
• Field Measures, Drive box truck to make deliveries as well as load and unload cabinets.
• Hire new sub-contractors.
• Approve and submit subcontractor invoices/draws for payment.
• Maintain competent installers and ensure paperwork work is complete and timely. 
• Anticipate and resolve client issues. 
• Attend client mandated meeting as required. 
• Maintain strong relationships with the client and all departments in AIS. 
• Commit to being highly visible on job sites.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3 years of construction experience
• Previous construction management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Planning
• Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work remotely and travel to work sites as needed.
