Senior Software Engineer (Go)

Following our acquisition of Root.io in June 2026, the team formed Agentic Factory: the business unit moving beyond vulnerability detection to automated remediation.

We are looking for an Backend Engineer to build and own the systems that drive this.
Responsibilities

• Write modular, testable, and efficient code using Golang, Javascript, PHP and other languages.

• Managing Argo pipelines in K8s and lambda deployments.

• Research complex optimization problems.

• Understand the fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

• Really comfortable in a very entrepreneurial environment.

• Can think along with architectural and impactful decisions.

• Willing to learn new languages when the product requires it.

• Comfortable researching and tackling hard problems and algorithms (eg parsing with ASTs).

• Willing to experiment (and also willing to perhaps throw away some code)

  We are going fast and need experienced people that can hit the ground running with us. You need to be comfortable with the above mentioned languages and tech-stack. No stranger to implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests Fluent in English

  Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity: CVEs, containers, software supply chain security, or pentesting.

• Experience working with AI agents (Langfuse, Langchain, etc.)

• Experience with Go or TypeScript.
