Licensing Data Administrator

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of Date Administrator is to ensure all hotels operational permits credit applications certificates of insurance and all related documents are maintained in the company's data base and in each hotel's specific folder.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Permit and Contract Data Administrator should have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• A high level of detail orientation and a solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities that arise in the day to day licensing and legal documentation of hotel business operations.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to research collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions will be required.
• Proficient in MS Word Excel and other software programs
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
• Working knowledge of various online sourcing tools
• Proactive and results oriented.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Provide day to day maintenance uploading and monitoring of Hotel's licenses permits contracts to include but are not limited to the following:
  • Maintain BMLS - the company's license data base.
  • Maintains company's internal restrictive drive by uploading hotel information.
  • Maintains audit reports on licenses.
  • Run reports to track upcoming permit renewals - notify Licensing Specialist of the statue.
  • Tracking permit to insure permits are received issued and posted in a timely manner.
  • Complete Vendor Credit Applications.
  • Complete check requests and help code invoicing for department.
  • Coping filing and mailing for the Licensing team.
  • Vendor invoicing process.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
