About You 6+ years of People/HR experience, with leadership experience. Background in high-growth startups or scale-ups (ideally 50–250 employees). Strong knowledge of HR practices, talent development, and organizational design. Experience working with distributed/global teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of People and Culture to build and lead the people function at aion. You’ll work closely with the founding team to scale our early team into a world-class organization, helping us attract, retain, and grow exceptional talent across multiple geographies. This role is ideal for someone who has led People/HR functions in fast-paced startups and thrives in building culture, processes, and teams from the ground up.
