A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As an AR/AP Officer at Acquire Intelligence, you will play a key role in keeping the financial engine running smoothly. You will be responsible for ensuring payments are received on time, supplier invoices are recorded accurately, and financial records remain up to date and compliant with company policies. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in precision, organisation, and timely delivery. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and on time
- Record supplier invoices and ensure payment terms are met in accordance with company procedures
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records across all AR and AP functions
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or anomalies in financial data promptly
- Support month-end reconciliation and reporting activities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to address billing and payment queries
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial administration processes
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- At least 1 year of recent experience in an accounts receivable, accounts payable, or similar finance role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite
- High level of attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in financial data
- Proven ability to prioritise, plan, and organise workload to consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks as business needs evolve
- A collaborative team player who contributes positively to a diverse and dynamic work environment
