Temporary Maintenance Technician - Pine and Parker

What You Will Do

• Deliver professional service to residents and support fellow team members
• Complete apartment turns and prepare homes for new residents according to AIR standards
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and other building systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
• Complete service requests accurately, safely, and efficiently
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections
• Support vendor coordination and quality control when needed
• Provide technical guidance to other maintenance team members when appropriate
• Support additional maintenance responsibilities based on community needs and your technical skill set

What You Have

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing, facilities, building operations, hospitality, or a related environment
• Working knowledge of at least two technical trades, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, or general maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts based on community needs
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment, tools, and materials required for maintenance work
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
