Requirements
- Journeyman-level experience in refrigeration or several years of verifiable apprentice-level experience
- EPA 608 Certification
- High school diploma or GED (Required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
- Physical ability to lift/move objects (10-70 lbs.)
- Strong work ethic & ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Willing and able to travel extensively, typically leaving early Monday and returning late Friday each week
Nice to Have:
- Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and pulling tailers
- Extensive knowledge of refrigeration products & mechanical systems
- Experience with refrigeration pipefitting
- Prior experience with walk-in construction
- Prior experience in interior construction
- Ability to lift/move heavier objects (100+ lbs.) when needed
- High integrity & energetic attitude
- Team player mentality and out of the box thinking
