Identify, analyze, and communicate technical issues, risks, concerns, and improvement opportunities in a timely manner
Facilitate the execution of product development and sustaining engineering projects in alignment with defined project plans, schedules, and quality objectives
Interpret and apply design specifications, engineering standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines during product development activities
Collaborate effectively with project team members across engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and program management functions
Take ownership of assigned commitments by delivering quality work on schedule and escalating risks when necessary
Support prototype development, testing, validation, and engineering change activities as required
