Sales Representative Antwerp /Brussels

As a Sales Representative (Antwerp & Brussels region), you won't just sell industrial gas solutions—you will partner with key industrial players within the Manufacturing & Production Industry to accelerate their transition toward a zero-emission future. You will operate as the commercial lead of your territory, balancing strategic account management with aggressive market expansion.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• You manage and nurture a customer portfolio: You act as a reliable partner by responding to their needs, developing tailored projects, and leading contract and price negotiations (farming).
• You develop new business opportunities: You hunt for strategic prospects across Antwerp and Brussels to drive regional growth and profitability.
• You uncover true customer needs: You dive deep into client operations to gain sharp insights into their specific objectives and requirements.
• You collaborate for impact: You partner with internal engineering, supply chain, and business teams to co-design and deliver solutions that match client demands and enterprise goals.
• You expand your client base: You actively grow your portfolio by winning and signing high-value new business opportunities.
• You lead commercial negotiations: You conduct contract discussions that ensure favorable, profitable terms and build sustainable, long-term partnerships.
• You maximize account value: You identify and pursue strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities to boost revenue and expand market share.

Are you a MATCH?

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
• 5+ years of commercial experience

Competencies:

- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is nice to have

- Results focused

- Sales and Business dev. Strategy

- At ease with numbers analysis and financial models

- Understand legal aspects (contracts & clauses)

- Technical knowledge is a strong advantage
