The Assistant Chief Engineer is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the building's critical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role involves managing HVAC systems, fire safety equipment, elevators, and various other mechanical and electrical components.
Days/Shift: Monday through Friday, 7am - 4pm
Pay: $26.27/hour

Responsibilities
HVAC computer – Climatec system
- Boiler on, temperature, flow pressure
- Chilled water differential pressure
- AHU 11-1 coil temperature
- Checking all room temperatures
- Adjusting room temperatures
- Ensure all are working properly
- Abe mobile phone information
- Schedule December inspections
- Pumps, sprinklers, tanks, smoke heads, panel, extinguishers, hoses
- Check annual To Do schedule – add, make changes, adjust as needed.
- Light bulb replacement & storage
- Sebastian morning / daily duties
- Setups – table, chair, drink, ice, etc…
Vendor Contact Information - Spreadsheet

- Fire Systems – FireTron, Union Fire
- Exterior name signs - National Sign
