Program Manager, Communications 

ABM is seeking a forward-thinking, creative, and curious communicator to join our Communications team, supporting ABM's Technology, Transformation, and Procurement functions — with primary focus on the Technology organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Executive and Strategic Communications, this role will work closely with technology leaders and project teams to shape and deliver communications that engage, align, and inspire team members.

Embedded within the Technology organization, this role is expected to integrate with teams and work closely with project leaders to “fly alongside” them as they develop and deploy new technologies, offerings, and transformation initiatives. A key function is to maintain clear, timely, and actionable communication across various channels related to changes, downtime, interruptions, and deployments. By being deeply familiar with technology initiatives, this role will anticipate communications needs and proactively support adoption, alignment, and engagement across ABM.

This is a critical role during an enterprise-wide digital transformation designed to elevate technology, streamline processes, and drive digital adoption. As part of ABM's talented and experienced Communications team, you'll collaborate with colleagues to share progress, growth, and new offerings from Technology, Innovation, and Transformation.

You'll help connect leaders with thousands of team members, highlight innovation in areas like AI, robotics, and data, and showcase how ABM is redefining what's possible in industries not traditionally seen as tech-forward. You'll also be a champion for AI and emerging technology within the Communications team itself — bringing back new tools, workflows, and ideas that help the whole team work smarter.
