• Attached to EDPD HO and team
• To assist the HO EDPD /EDPA in their daily tasks to allow him to optimize the management of his activity:
• Agenda organization
• Business trips organization
• Meetings preparations (EDP Management meetings, internal meetings and suppliers meetings)
• Interface with his direct reports, coordination
• Interface with suppliers
• Communication: coordination & organization of internal and external information
• Organization of specific events:
• Supplier conference (logistics): participation of 180 suppliers at high level
• Suppliers award (logistics
• Procurement conference (3 times a year)
• Year end event with the all department
• Deal and coordination with the secretary team in Marignane
• In charge of managing the assistants in MA and in DON.
• The assistant will support also EDPP and EDPC
• Soft skills required: proactive, structured, good relationship, service oriented
