Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with selecting and booking hotel accommodations
Provide accurate information on hotel options, amenities, pricing, and availability
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth client experience
Stay informed on travel trends and hotel offerings
Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings

Qualifications:
