About the role
Clear and comprehensive documentation is not just an add-on to a product. It’s the key to how quickly partners and users can deploy the Ajax system — and how confidently they can take advantage of all its features. This is exactly the kind of documentation you’ll be creating with us.
What awaits you:
- Working with devices ranging from motion detectors to advanced fire safety systems.
- Writing both dry technical specifications and in-depth articles about AI principles in cameras.
- Daily collaboration with R&D, PROD, marketing, product managers, and web developers.
- Preparing documents together with the certification team to meet international standards and bring products to new markets.
- Becoming a “translator” of complex technical language into clear, user-friendly content.
Responsibilities:
- Write technical specifications and align them with R&D.
- Create web instructions that make complex features easy to understand for users.
- Prepare supplementary materials and recommendations for convenient product use.
- Support marketing projects from the technical side and grow your own expertise.
