Responsibilities:
- Engage all residents with an upbeat can-do attitude
- Responsible for completing daily shift reports.
- Responsible for accurate and timely information passed on to the next shift.
- Introduce property services and amenities to possible members, new residents and new members
- Creating and maintaining reservations in the system for Club Level activities (i.e. golf simulator, private dining room, business center, fitness room, etc.)
- Take an active role on the oversite of the Club Level floor, ensuring equipment is running properly, area is clean and free from debris, and residents/members do not need assistance with anything
- Ability to set up and aide in Special Events
- General knowledge of local dining, entertainment and historical options
- Provide a thorough and professional introduction to incoming leads via walk-in, referrals, etc.
- Relationship building with new and existing clients
- Maintains resident confidence by maintaining service levels; garnering “repeat” visits
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Maintains attractive bar by arranging bottles and glasses for display; removing soiled glassware and empty bottles and cans; ensuring cleanliness.
- Maintains supplies by ordering, requisitioning, or re-stocking snacks, liquors, wines, beer, and non-alcoholic ingredients; replacing beer barrels.
- Prepares trash for disposal by separating garbage and recyclable items.
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy bar and patrons by following and enforcing standards and procedures; judging when customers have consumed too much alcohol; call for alternate transportation; complying with legal regulations.
- Accurately make drink orders and gather items ordered.
- Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary by management.
Qualifications
- One year hospitality experience.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Skills Needed: Motivational, verbal communication, written communication and manageability.
