Room Attendant

Responsibilities:

 Follow AKA standard operating processes and procedures.
 Maintain communication with all AKA Team members and management regarding the completion of daily services and any additional assistance required to carry out duties and responsibilities.
 Treat all guest(s) with courtesy; respond to guest(s) needs in a timely manner; document service requests when needed and report to immediate supervisor.
 Complete services in a timely fashion as scheduled:
1 bedroom maid services within 30 to 45 minutes.
2 bedroom maid services within 45 minutes to 1 hour
 Communicate to immediate supervisor any damages caused by guest(s).
 Complete AKA furnished inventory and condition checklist
 Log items into the AKA lost and found (please see AKA lost and found policy procedures)
 Strip and make beds, vacuum, dust, clean, and replenish suites with amenities as needed.
 Identifies opportunity for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
 Remove trash from suites
 Properly launder, dry, fold and stock linens and towels.
 Properly label all chemicals used.
 Stock/maintain housekeeping storages and carts.
 Approaches daily responsibilities with a positive attitude.
 Acknowledges and appreciates each team member(s) contribution.
Physical

Requirements:

 Lift up to 35lbs., bending stretching.
 Exposure to chemicals
 Standing and walking for long periods of time
