Alaska-Rent-A-Car is hiring for administrative positions supporting our Anchorage operations across multiple departments, including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Clerical, Claims, Human Resources, Fleet Administration, and Operations Support.

As an Administrative Team Member, you’ll help support the people, processes, and records that keep our rental car business running efficiently. Responsibilities will vary by department, experience, and business needs, with opportunities to develop your skills in different areas of the company.

What You'll Do

• Provide administrative and clerical support across company departments
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, invoice processing, and payment records as assigned
• Support accounting activities through accurate data entry, document preparation, reconciliations, and reporting
• Assist with claims documentation, file maintenance, and follow-up communications
• Maintain organized electronic and paper records, including financial, customer, vehicle, and operational documents
• Answer calls, respond to emails, and assist employees, customers, vendors, and business partners professionally
• Support fleet administration, human resources, and rental operations with documentation and coordination as needed
• Use company computer systems and office software to process information accurately and efficiently
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with care and discretion
• Work as part of a team focused on accuracy, accountability, service excellence, and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

Experience in administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting, clerical support, claims, human resources, or rental car operations is helpful. Experience requirements may vary by department and position, and candidates with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
