Previous leadership or supervisory experience within manufacturing, logistics or warehouse operations. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to motivate teams and manage performance effectively. Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures. Experience working in fast-paced operational environments. IT literate with experience of stock control or warehouse systems. Food manufacturing or FMCG experience.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chilled Intake Team Leader to join our Airdrie site and lead our weekend intake operation.

The Role
As the Chilled Intake Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the intake team, ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate receipt of raw materials into the business. You will lead by example, driving performance, safety, quality and operational excellence across the department.
