Experience as a machine setter or in a similar role within a production environment is preferred. Strong understanding of machinery operations, particularly in the food industry. Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machines. Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring product quality. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Machine Setter to join us on a part-time schedule of Friday to Monday. Responsibilities Set up and adjust machinery for production runs according to specified requirements. Perform routine maintenance and promptly troubleshoot any issues to minimize production downtime. Monitor machine performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and output. Conduct quality checks throughout production to ensure our high standards are met. Document machine settings and production records accurately.
Collaborate with the production team to maintain a smooth workflow and address any challenges. Support the training of new operators on machine functionality and safety procedures.
