Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally within the food sector. High attention to detail to maintain product quality and safety standards. Good communication skills to effectively work within a team. Basic mechanical aptitude beneficial for equipment maintenance tasks. Ability to work backshift hours and adapt to varying production demands. Capability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while strictly adhering to health and safety protocols.

We are currently recruiting for the position of Production Operator - Fresh - Backshift.
In this role, you will be essential in the day-to-day operation of our fresh potato production line during the backshift. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure our products maintain their fresh and premium standards. The working hours for this backshift role are from approximately Monday- Thursday 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Sunday 9AM-5PM with a competitive hourly rate starting at £12.71 plus a £0.50 backshift allowance.
