Experience as a team leader or supervisor in a production or manufacturing environment. Understanding of production processes, quality control measures, and safety regulations. What You’ll Be Doing

L eadership & Team Development Lead and motivate a team of production operatives during the backshift Support team training, coaching and skills development Create a positive, collaborative and high‑performing team culture Production & Performance Management Oversee production operations to ensure all targets are achieved Maintain workflow efficiency, making adjustments where necessary Ensure product quality meets company and customer expectations Safety, Hygiene & Quality Assurance Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards Support quality control processes and escalate any issues promptly Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organised work environment Problem‑Solving & Continuous Improvement Respond to operational challenges and find effective solutions Use production metrics and shift performance data to recommend improvements Work closely with management to drive best practice and efficiency Communication & Coordination Act as the link between production staff and management Keep clear, open communication across the shift team Support smooth handovers between shifts What We’re Looking For You’ll be a strong candidate if

you have:
