As a leading supplier of chilled potato products, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Production Team Leader to oversee our day operations. If you are passionate about quality and team leadership, we want you! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our chilled production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with our high standards. Hours: Monday-Friday 05:45-14:30 Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the chilled production line.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operatives to achieve production targets while maintaining a focus on quality and safety. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee product excellence. Collaborate with management to analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement. Facilitate training and development for team members, enhancing skills and performance.
Act as a key communicator between the production team and management.
