The General Instructor will provide training, coaching, staff mentoring, monitoring and supervision while leading and managing all aspects of the training experience and simultaneously creating a collaborative and inclusive learning environment to foster student learning and development. The General Instructor is responsible for overseeing the operational and administrative aspects of training course delivery, ensuring all activities are conducted safely and align with the company’s Quality Management System. The role involves setting high standards of excellence in achieving training program goals, managing the safety and discipline of students, and maintaining the operational readiness of the training facilities. Flexibility in performing additional duties and assisting with client- specific training is essential to this role.
