- Receive and process members’ travel requests received through our invitation-only concierge app
- Quick turnaround of inbound travel requests and providing travel expertise to our in-house lifestyle management team within set timeframes
- Administration of ongoing travel requests from quote to booking (end to end)
- Using our network of suppliers to maximise options for our members and actively working to increase this network
- Advising members on product and service offers and their availability
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and service targets each month
- Actively report back on member feedback and any service issues to contribute to product and service improvement that supports our overall vision
- Be an ambassador to a luxury company, identifying opportunities to grow our membership base
- Support our team at supplier events to build partnerships
- Participate in trade shows when required to promote the business
- Opportunity to attend product training educational trips
- Interest in the power of technology to disrupt the traditional travel agency industry and an eagerness to suggest ways that our business can improve through technology-driven solutions
- Luxury travel sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Ability to work across shifts as required, including occasional weekends
- Professional presentation; ability to communicate effectively with high-end clients both verbally and in writing
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office or equivalent Google applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
- Ability to absorb extensive information around luxury travel, villas, packages, bespoke trips

This role pays up to £40k base salary with generous commission based on realistic, manageable sales targets and stock options. Our team works together every Wednesday and Thursday on-site in our central London office with the option to work on-site as often as you wish or work from home for the remainder of the week.
