Operations Monitoring Officer

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity through its Indonesia entity, PT AHK Testing Indonesia, who is looking for an Operations Monitoring Officer to join our team based in Jakarta. PT AHK Testing Indonesia provides independent analysis and inspection services to the metals, minerals and solid fuels industries. We have a well-earned reputation for our knowledge and professionalism in all aspects of weighing, sampling and analysis.

The operation monitoring officer conducts detailed monitoring and administration support to the whole operation activities. Collecting necessary information and documentation relating to the job handled. Responsible for monitoring the entire job once the job received, during the field operation activities, until the loading/discharging is completed. Provide regular reports for the client to communicate the job progress, findings and any potential problem related to the job.  In addition, this position requires good communication, quick response with the related parties, good understanding of job procedure with client requirements and also need to work closely with other departments to facilitate communication and coordination.

Furthermore, this role involves adhering to safety protocols, ensuring environmental compliance, and continuously seeking professional development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential 

• Exceptional Administrative Skills: Demonstrates precision and meticulous attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
• Understanding of Government Regulations: Comprehensive knowledge of compliance requirements, specifically for LHV and LS documentation.
• Advanced Excel and Spreadsheet Proficiency: Skilled in data organization and analysis, with a strong command of Microsoft Excel and related tools.

Required Competencies

• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in monitoring and reporting.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other departments.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions quickly.
• Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with monitoring tools, software, and data management systems.

Required Work Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in related fields is preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum high school/vocational education majoring in administrative, or closely related fields.
• Fresh graduates with good analytical skills are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of Export or Import Regulation for Coal and Mineral
