### About Us AlgoUniversity is a San Francisco based ed-tech startup building for tech education at scale 🚀 It has a powerhouse of a team with 💪 100% engineers who are ACM ICPC world finalists, CodeForces Masters, and Programming Olympiad Gold Medalists - all from elite institutes such as IIIT-Hyderabad, IIT-Bombay, and IIM- Ahmadabad. **With 2 of our products already hitting PMF, we recognize that bringing quality education requires more than just building a great product.

We are now looking to redesign our current websites and products to maintain a consistent and coherent design language across our entire portfolio for continued success.** ### What you will do You will be responsible for creating visual designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. You will work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to produce graphics for various digital and print media, ensuring a consistent and engaging visual representation of our brand.

Working in a startup you’ll have the unique opportunity to contribute across many areas of the company and help define the future of your role as the Founding member of the Creative Team. ### Key Responsibilities **Brand Identity** - Working on creating sub-brand identities for our products under the unifying umbrella company. **Brand Consistency** – Maintain and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring that all designs align with the company's brand identity. **Collaboration** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content writers, and developers, to translate ideas into compelling visual content. **Creative Input** - Provide creative input and innovative design solutions that enhance the impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and materials. **Project Management** - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables. ### What are we looking for - 1+ years of work experience as a Graphic Designer. - Ability to think in abstracts, and ideate on things with no-constraints - Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication. - Willingness to change the norm, when required - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Brownie Points 🍰 - Experience in branding or related projects - Knowledge of print production processes. - Experience in working with an edtech startup.
