This position is ideal for Orthodontics to join the Clinical team as an Associate Clinical Liaison, contributing to our customers Clinical knowledge development in both Invisalign System and Align digital workflow. Partnering with our commercial and customer support teams, you’ll provide Clinical support and education to dedicated group of customers This role is crucial to increase our customers clinical confidence and proficiency adopting our Clinical solutions and supports Align Technology’s overall business success.
- Host & execute speaker & CL-led events
- Handle CL support & education activities with supervision
- Work cross-functionally to execute and coordinate on activation/onboarding of new customers
- Might conduct field visits with customers and co-travels with commercial team
- Moderate supervision and some guidance are given about the nature and extent of the work required, methods to be used, and results expected
- Contribute independently.
- Education: Master’s degree in Orthodontics
- Experience: at least two years of experience as an Orthodontist.
- Skills: Good teaching skills, communicate effectively, team worker and possess proficient time management skills.
- Communication: Excellent presentation skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
