We revolutionized the orthodontic industry with the introduction of the Invisalign system, and we have never lost sight of that spirit of innovation. Our diverse and collaborative teams are constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

    • Establish and execute commercialization plans related to customer financing solutions in collaboration with cross-functional team members in the UK and across Europe. Ensure programs are designed, established and optimized to deliver value for our customers.
    • Develop commercialization materials to enable successful implementation and turning over of the process or system to internal and external customers.
    • Provide analysis of and insights into the effectiveness of strategic programs.  In the event of distribution or outside partnership agreements, work with Finance to provide timely analysis and reporting requirements.
    • Communicate regularly with program teams, peers, management and executives to set expectations and remain in alignment with key stakeholders and the broader organization on the status of programs under management.
    • Manage all relevant third-party point-of-sale financing contracting and vendor relationships.
    • Lead future business innovation projects in other areas of highest business impact.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
    • 6-10 years of experience, including 5+ years of business development, finance, sales, relationship management or consulting experience with a heavy emphasis in retail point-of-sale financing
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Experience contracting with and managing third-party vendors
    • Customer orientation with a passion for delivering results and ability to inspire the same in the broader team
    • Recognition as a strategic thought leader; ability to make sound strategic decisions, inspire and motivate others through conviction, vision and ability to formulate and articulate direction
    • Strong understanding of cross-functional business areas such as sales, marketing, service, product development, finance, operations functions
    • Process orientation and ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, dynamic organization with the ability to juggle multiple projects and drive them to successful value delivery
