Your role, your impact
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Lead Consultant, you’ll take ownership of the design, configuration, and implementation of Benefits solutions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a seamless employee experience. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to interpret requirements, configure benefits plans, support data migrations, and lead the functional stream for Benefits projects. Your work will have a direct impact on employee engagement, compliance, including Affordable Care Act (ACA) requirements, and overall HR operational efficiency. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful HCM transformations while working independently and collaborating with global teams.
