    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define and refine KRs with stakeholders and drive delivery according to business outcomes.

    • Foster close communication with stakeholders and product owners to improve transparency and SLAs.

    • Accelerate delivery of AI product features, tying engineering work to measurable user and business outcomes.

    • Drive adoption of modern software engineering principles, tools, and technologies to maximize efficiency and productivity.

    • Advance the maturity of the engineering guild through technical leadership and best practices.

    • Provide mentorship and promote continuous learning for Platforms engineers.

    • Lead technical decisions on AI-powered, user-facing products and connect engineering outcomes to business impact

    What you’ll need
    • 15+ combined experience working as a Software Engineer, Software Architect, Technical Lead, Technical Manager, or similar technical field.

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.

    • Demonstrated expertise in software frameworks, technologies, and development.

    • A proven track record of collaborating on technical projects with cross-functional teams.

    • Deep experience in hands-on development work to stand up an architecture and drive the adoption within an organization.

    • Proven engineering leadership skills, including leading engineering teams and inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams towards a common goal.

    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to craft innovative solutions.
