We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own WealthComply’s product: customers, requirements, roadmap, calls, outcomes. Not to take tickets, but to write the ones our engineers and AI coding agents build from, decide what ships in what order, and answer for whether it was right. You report to Jack, our Group Chief Product Officer. David and Jack have run this product day to day and are deliberately designing themselves out of it. The ownership is real.
WealthComply is one of a small group of sister companies that work closely together: WealthComply for FATCA and CRS, MinuteMaster for board minutes and governance automation, and a new venture that is in stealth and raising. You start on WealthComply. If you are as good as we hope, you will lead product across more than one.
Somewhere right now, a compliance manager at a trust company is staring at a spreadsheet of a few hundred entities, working out which are reportable, under which regime, to which authority, and what happens if she gets one wrong. She is very good at her job. Her tools are not. WealthComply fixes that.
WealthComply is the FATCA and CRS compliance platform for trust companies, fund administrators and private banks across the Crown Dependencies, the Caribbean and Mauritius. Our aim is for it to be the platform the offshore trust and fund world runs its reporting on, owned day to day by the person we hire, inside a small group of companies building software for private wealth and governance. At the end of this process we will have hired a highly intelligent, self-driven problem solver who gets the vision and is in it for more than a nine-to-five.
Time to a new customer’s first successful reporting cycle. Adoption and retention. A correctness incident count of zero. And the product running without a founder in the room. Everything below serves those four.
Equity in WealthComply, granted as growth units so you share in the value created after you join: worth roughly five to ten times your base if we hit our plan, and nothing if we do not. An outcomes bonus tied to results rather than hours. Remote, with one offsite a year. The AI tool stack paid for. Rest as a design constraint: after the annual reporting crunch we slow down on purpose. A path to leading product across the group.
Three weeks end to end and a sixty-day review against the outcomes we agree together once you start. We say that now because we mean it both ways: you should know early if it is not working, and so should we.
