Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common residential plumbing repairs
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and residential code compliance
• Communicate effectively with customers, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear cost estimates
• Handle service calls, respond to customer needs, and deliver high‑quality workmanship
• Utilize ServiceTitan software (preferred)
• Maintain an active Journeyman’s Plumbing License

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing experience required
• Active Journeyman’s Plumbing License required
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Physical dexterity and ability to perform plumbing tasks safely
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques and methods
