    •    Strong communication and leadership skills required

    •    Ability to manage fast-paced office operations

The Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily office operations for All My Love Homecare’s Las Vegas location. Duties include:

    •    Managing caregiver schedules and supporting HR onboarding needs

    •    Supervising office staff and ensuring workflow runs smoothly

    •    Reviewing client files for compliance (signatures, plans of care, documentation)

    •    Maintaining communication with clients, caregivers, and community partners

    •    Ensuring all tasks follow Nevada HCQC standards and agency policies

    •    Assisting leadership with reports, staffing coordination, and administrative tasks

    •    Upholding the agency’s mission of excellence, compassion, and 5-star service
