Qualifications:- Experience in insurance credentialing / medical billing
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities- Manage the credentialing process for all providers, including therapist and clinicians across multiple insurance companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and insurance network standards.
- Maintain accurate records of provider credentials, license, certifications and other relevant documentation ensuring timely renewals and updates
- Serve as primary point of contact for communication with insurance companies
- Resolve and discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
