Chiropractic Front Desk Assistant

We are a busy practice seeking to hire an energetic, highly organized, self-motivated, "people person" for our front desk Chiropractic Assistant role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to have a direct impact on helping others lead healthier lives!
You would be supporting our mission-driven practice by not just running our administrative side, but being an important face of our brand within the community and ensuring our members have an extraordinary experience with us each and every visit!
Some of the main responsibilities include: member communication, scheduling, maintaining multiple data spreadsheets, embodying high standards for your own work, and working directly with the doctor to spread our brand, and the unique results we are known for, throughout our community.
Again, you must love interacting with others, have high energy, a keen attention to detail, and strong multi-tasking skills. This is an hourly position at approximately 27 hours per week and will involve some early mornings and evenings.
OFFICE HOURS:
Monday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. & 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (7 hours)
Tuesday: 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (3 hours)
Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. & 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (7 hours)
Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. & 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (8.5 hours)
Friday: CLOSED
Saturday: CLOSED

Must have 1+ years of service experience.
