You will support senior HR, Talent, and Procurement leaders in assessing current-state processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing scalable future-state models that balance people, process, and technology. This role requires developing consulting discipline, structured analytical thinking, and growing confidence in engaging with client stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Apply structured consulting problem-solving to diagnose business challenges and contribute to practical, value-driven solutions.

    • Support discovery, assessment, and solution design activities across talent acquisition and Extended Workforce processes.

    • Assist in preparing executive-ready insights, recommendations, and decision materials for senior HR and business leaders.

HR/Talent Acquisition & Extended Workforce Strategy and Service Design

    • Support assessment of end-to-end HR, talent acquisition, and Extended Workforce processes, operating models, and service delivery effectiveness.

    • Contribute to future-state model design aligned to business strategy, scale, and experience goals.

    • Support analysis of workforce segmentation, enablement, and service optimization opportunities.

    • Assist in building actionable roadmaps spanning people, process, capability, and technology improvements including governance structures, RASCI models, and funding approaches.

    Research, Analysis & Design Thinking

    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research including interviews, workshops, surveys, and document reviews.

    • Develop current-state and future-state artifacts such as process maps, journey maps, service blueprints, operating model diagrams, and architecture views.

    • Apply design thinking techniques to understand user needs and define experience-led solutions.

    • Translate research findings into clear, business-relevant insights.

    Technology Enablement Advisory

In partnership with the QWA project team and Technology Consultant:

    • Advise on the role of technology across the talent acquisition lifecycle and Extended Workforce ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, VMS, CRM, analytics, AI, automation, and experience platforms.

    • Support recommendations for optimization of existing systems or introduction of new tools as part of broader strategy.

    • Act as a bridge between business needs and technical considerations, partnering with specialists where required.

    Practice Development & Growth

    • Contribute to the development of QWA intellectual property including methodologies, playbooks, and toolkits

    • Stay current on market trends, talent technology innovations, and leading practices

    • Identify opportunities to support clients through additional advisory services and program expansion

    • 3-5 years of experience in one or more of the following - management consulting, HR advisory, talent acquisition, Extended Workforce, MSP / RPO, services procurement, or related domains

    • Demonstrated experience supporting client-facing discovery, workshops, and solution design engagements

    • Understanding of talent acquisition operations, Extended Workforce programs, and enabling technologies including VMS platforms

    • Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments with cross-functional teams

    • Willingness to travel up to 25%

    Core Skills & Capabilities

    • Ability to translate complex workforce challenges into structured, practical solutions

    • Experience producing high-quality, executive-ready deliverables

    • Solid understanding of emerging talent technologies and market trends

    • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams
