Department Responsibility
- Maintain 5S standard at highest level in the Finishing section and encourage team.
- Motivate workman to achieve highest standard of Quality.
- Motivate workers to function in a team & achieve higher level of Productivity.
- In conjunction with the Section head, set daily priority of production to achieve Production targets.
- Follow the ISO 9001 system for all the product/production related activity.
- Follow the EHS and related activity.
- Maintain disciplined working environment within the section.
- Ensure optimum utilization of all the resources like man, machine, and consumable.
- Provide information regarding breakdowns of machines to maintenance department.
- Daily discussion with seniors regarding different issues of Production, breakdown & workers.
- Ensure rejected material to be handled properly so that it will not mix with accepted material.
- Ensure all reports related to Production and quality to be fill up properly and keep record.
- Provide information & discuss with next shift engineer regarding production activity.
- Involvement in Kizan and small improvement in section.
- Carry out activities to demonstrate EHS leadership and act as a role model.
- EHS Responsibility:
- Communicate and promote the Alleima EHS Policy and Safety Principles.
- Report on Hazard & Near miss related to Environment Health & Safety.
- Systematically monitor and continuously improve EHS performance in their area of responsibility.
- Follow EHS guidelines and procedures, reporting hazards and potential improvement areas and participating to improve their work environment
Authority:
- Authorized for PPC entry of hot flow finishing machines.
- Authorized for manpower allocation on required workstation.
- Authorized for Job allocation to work men.
- Authorized for give approval to issue required material from store.
- Authorized for making Job work challan for subcontract.
Accountability:
For Safety, Quality, Production, and its related activity within department.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
Manpower Handling, Supervisory skill, Communication skill,
Technical Knowledge of tube manufacturing,
EXPERIENCE :
02 to 03 year experience in Pipe Production line
EDUCATION:
Diploma in Mechanical engineering/
Diploma in Chemical Engg.
