We are seeking dependable individuals with a strong work ethic to join our Production Team as a Manufacturing Operator at our Kennewick facility. Working within a unionized manufacturing environment, successful candidates will demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to learn. No prior manufacturing experience is required but is preferred.
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be trained to set up and operate machinery and material handling equipment used throughout our manufacturing process while contributing to a safe and efficient operation within a union environment.
Your key responsibilities include:
Promote and support a strong safety culture in all activities and interactions.
Perform manufacturing and production operations, including machine operation, processing, assembly, and packaging in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Use measuring instruments, hand tools, and production equipment, including calipers and grinders.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and demonstrate:
A strong work ethic and commitment to attendance and dependability with good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong English-language proficiency is required, including the ability to understand, read, write, and speak English effectively.
The ability to follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and work in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels, temperatures, and production conditions.
The ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
The ability to frequently bend, twist, reach, squat, and perform repetitive physical movements required to perform essential job functions.
The ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull materials, parts, or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds as an essential function of the position.
Must be flexible and available to work the Day, Swing, and Night shifts as required to support a 24-hour manufacturing operation.
The hourly rate for this position starts at $23.66 with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance as well as company paid disability and life insurance beginning on day 31.
A 401 (K) retirement savings plan begins on day 31 and provides a 5% company contribution with company match of 50% for the first 6% you contribute, all immediately vested.
Eligible employees receive two weeks of vacation after one year of service, with 80 hours of Personal Time accrued annually. Personal Time is prorated during the first year of employment.
Eleven paid holidays each year.
Shift differential pay for Swing and Night Shifts.
We will provide on-the-job training necessary for success in this role, and we offer a generous Tuition Reimbursement Program.
Due to applicable export control regulations, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and qualify as a U.S. Person, which generally includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders), and certain other individuals authorized under U.S. export control laws to access ITAR-regulated information and facilities. Applicants must also be able to work for any employer in the United States without current or future sponsorship for employment visa status.
