Part-Time Weekend Group Therapist
Location: Fort Wayne/Auburn, Indiana

Schedule: Saturdays and/or Sundays
Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Weekend Group Therapist to provide group programming and therapeutic support across our two inpatient facilities, Allendale Treatment and Allendale Behavioral Health. This is an excellent opportunity for a fully licensed clinician or RN looking for a flexible weekend position.
Candidates may work both Saturday and Sunday, Saturday only, or Sunday only, based on availability and organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate therapeutic, psychoeducational, and recovery-focused groups for clients in an inpatient setting.
- Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment that encourages client participation.
- Provide appropriate therapeutic support and interventions based on client needs.
- Collaborate with the clinical and nursing teams to support continuity of care.
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
- Follow all organizational policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide coverage at both Indiana inpatient facilities based on staffing and operational needs.
- Maintain professional boundaries and contribute to a positive treatment environment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, addiction studies, or related field
- Current Indiana licensure required (LCAC, LCACA, LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, LCSW, or LSW)
- Current RN license in the State of Indiana
- Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, group facilitation, or inpatient care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability and willingness to work at either of our Indiana inpatient facilities as needed.
