Location: Auburn, IN
Schedule: Full-Time | 3×12 Hour Night Shifts (7p–7a) | Rotating Weekends

Position Overview

Allendale Treatment is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our substance abuse treatment team. This role provides direct nursing care to adults with substance abuse issues in a safe, structured, and supportive inpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patient condition and response to treatment

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocol

• Communicate effectively with providers, clinical staff, and patients/families

• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR (KIPU experience preferred)

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Title 42 CFR, and nursing regulations

• Respond to medical or behavioral emergencies as needed

• Participate in staff meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

• Current RN license in the State of Indiana

• Experience in mental health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
