The service manager is responsible for coordinating assets migrations within the Fund Partners organization globally making sure migrations happens on time. The role ensure that services are delivered efficiently, reliably and in accordance with agreed service level and business objectives
The Service Managers support the global Key Account Managers with their daily activities, he/she acts as key interface between business stakeholders, operations, external service providers and senior management.
The position requires strong stakeholders management, operational leadership, problem solving and a sound understanding of financial services and fund platform business
Key responsibilities.
Key requirements for this position:
- At least 5 years experience in fund platform business
- good know-how on funds operation, asset management business
- good relationship skills are a plus for this position
- Solid english skills (both in writing and speaking) is a key requirements for this position
- Any other language skills are a plus
