Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Our Veterinary Assistants begin at an entry level position. A typical day requires lots of stocking and cleaning of the entire hospital. As the veterinary assistant learns the flow and ways of the hospital, progression to animal restraint and assisting of other support staff is required. You will at times also interact with pets and their owners; thus, customer service skills are key. You will work directly with the rest of our veterinary team to assure patients and clients receive the best care possible.
Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.

We’re looking for:
Schedule: Flexible scheduling (Monday through Thursday 7:00am – 7:00pm, Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm), We are Closed on Weekends!!
Desired Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-year experience preferred Flexible scheduling Monday through Friday A willingness to grow in the Veterinary field Avimark experience Experience working in an AAHA accredited veterinary hospital
Pay Range: Starting at $15/hr
