Treasury Analyst
Location: Matawan, New Jersey (headquarters)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Treasury Analyst to support the company’s day-to-day cash management and treasury operations. This role will be responsible for accurately processing and recording incoming checks, monitoring cash balances and liquidity, preparing cash flow forecasts, and supporting banking and financing activities. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, finance, or a related field and is comfortable working with financial data, bank activity, and cash management processes. This is a hands-on staff-level position with the opportunity to take ownership of important treasury functions and develop broader expertise in corporate finance.
- Cash Receipts & Banking: Receive, deposit, and accurately record incoming checks; maintain deposit records; reconcile cash receipts to bank and accounting records; and monitor daily banking activity.
- Cash Management: Monitor cash balances across bank accounts, track expected inflows and outflows, coordinate cash transfers, and proactively identify liquidity needs or potential shortfalls.
- Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts by gathering information across the organization, analyzing expected cash activity, investigating variances, and communicating liquidity needs to finance leadership.
- Debt & Financing Support: Assist with the administration of loans and credit facilities, including tracking payments, maturities, covenants, and other obligations, while supporting new borrowing or refinancing activities as needed.
- Reporting & Controls: Prepare cash and treasury reports, investigate discrepancies, maintain accurate treasury documentation, and support improvements to treasury processes, controls, and reporting.
- 2–3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, corporate finance, banking, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, transaction-oriented work accurately.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data.
- Ability to analyze cash flows and understand the timing of receipts, payments, and financing obligations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with accounting, finance, and other departments.
- High degree of integrity and discretion when handling financial information.
- Prior experience with cash management or treasury operations.
- Experience preparing cash flow forecasts.
- Familiarity with online banking platforms and bank reconciliations.
- Experience with an ERP or accounting system such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar.
- Exposure to loan administration, credit facilities, or debt management.
- Experience in a fast-paced or growing company where processes may still be evolving.

The successful candidate will bring strong attention to detail to daily treasury activities while developing the analytical skills needed to provide meaningful insight into the company’s liquidity and cash flow.
