    JOB TITLE: Coordinator 

    DIVISION NAME:  Global Partnerships

    LOCATION:  Los Angeles, CA (hybrid, 2 days a week from our office)

    REPORTS TO:  EVP, Partnerships and Sr. Director, Partnerships

    START DATE:  Immediately

    Summary of Position & Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a driven and creative person who is eager to be challenged and develop a career in marketing, and specifically, strategic partnerships with an emphasis on entertainment.  Our day-to-day job entails building and maintaining relationships with brands on behalf of our clients to create reciprocal exchanges between those parties.  Executing impactful, impeccable campaigns for our clients is a daily standard. The Marketing Coordinator will primarily assist the SVP in supporting a streaming service account.

    Job Responsibilities: Being able to multi-task consistently, work quickly and efficiently and retain information about many projects at once is a must for this role.

    1. Administrative 
    • Support the Sr. Director and/or the Executive Vice President with administrative needs such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, circulation of agendas, note taking, expenses processing, travel arrangements, maintenance of online databases and servicing NDAs
    • Update and maintain client and partner-facing materials e.g., deal memos, pitch lists, status reports and marketing calendars
    • Support account lead(s) and provide guidance and oversight to interns who may support account 
    • Assist with general office duties and other administrative tasks as needed
    1. Relationship Management & Development
    • Organization and maintenance of division and client’s contact database 
    • Develop and maintain relationships with promotional contacts 
    • Develop strong client relationships and always meet client deadlines and exceed expectations
    1. Program Development & Execution
    • Research potential partners and industry trends and participate in creative team brainstorms to identify new brands and opportunities
    • Prepare research, recaps and reports for clients under multiple deadlines 
    • Build engaging pitches (presentations, concepts, etc.), demonstrating creative thinking 
    • Assist with and/or manage a partnership execution, including drafting and reviewing deal memos and legal contracts, asset trafficking and creative reviews, and ongoing measurement of partnership programs 
    1. Overall
    • Help foster a high performing culture that supports the goals of the Partnerships business unit and the company overall
    • Have a presence on the team, offer solutions to challenges based on current or past experiences

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree required (marketing, communications, or public relations preferred)
    • Minimum 2-year related experience (strong internship experience considered)
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and/or Keynote 
    • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel in-person, via email and videoconference, and on the telephone
    • Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of clients and projects at the same time with a high degree of accuracy 
    • Positive attitude, good persuasive skills, ability to maintain confidentiality 
    • Ambitious, resourceful, focused and goal oriented
    • Creative thinker and problem solver, team player
    • Stellar written and verbal communications skills to effectively influence promotional partners, general public audience and all levels of internal staff

    Details:

    • The annual salary range for this full-time position is $55,000-$60,000.
    • This position will be eligible to participate in the standard benefits offered to full-time employees of Allied Global Marketing (medical, dental, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance as well as 401k and Flex PTO). We also offer 10 company paid holidays.
