- Run service calls + repair jobs (leaks, damage, warranty work)
- Diagnose issues across roofing, siding, windows, and gutters
- Perform repairs on asphalt shingles, metal, siding systems, and windows
- Lead small crews (1-2 people) and keep jobs moving
- Communicate directly with homeowners + Field Superintendents
- Complete job documentation (photos, notes, materials)
- Perform final quality checks before closing out jobs
- 2+ years of exterior remodeling experience (roofing, siding, windows)
- Strong troubleshooting skills - you can figure it out on-site
- Experience with repairs/service work (not just installs)
- Comfortable leading a small crew or working independently
- Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in all weather conditions
- Able to lift 75 lbs and handle physical work daily
- Valid driver's license + clean driving record
- Up to $36/hour (based on experience)
