Site Supervisor – Roofing
Truck & Trailer Driving Experience Required
Royalty Roofing is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee roofing crews and make sure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.
This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone with roofing or construction experience who is comfortable leading a crew, working directly at jobsites, and communicating with customers.
Experience driving a truck and trailer is required.
- Supervise and lead roofing crews on active jobsites
- Assign daily tasks and help keep projects on schedule
- Monitor roofing installations for quality, workmanship, and proper procedures
- Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite
- Inspect work throughout the project and address quality issues as needed
- Oversee jobsite cleanup, including removal of roofing materials and debris
- Complete thorough final cleanup using magnets and other tools to remove loose nails and metal
- Make sure the property is left clean, safe, and free of hazards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide project updates
- Address customer questions or concerns and help ensure a positive customer experience
- Operate a company truck and trailer as needed to transport materials and equipment
- Work extended hours when needed to complete projects or meet business needs
- 1–2+ years of roofing, construction, or site supervision experience preferred
- Experience driving a truck and trailer is required
- Previous experience leading or supervising a crew preferred
- Knowledge of roofing installation, materials, and jobsite practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials and equipment
- Valid driver's license required
- Typically 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
- 8–10 hour shifts, Some longer days may be required based on project needs
