CSU/Office Nurse Muskingum

RESPONSIBILITIES/STANDARDS:

This position will split time between the Crisis Stabilization Unit by providing nursing services to individuals, families, and clients and working on Medline Calls according to company protocol. 

Completes all documentation related to providing and billing for services via Allwell guidelines.  Clinical documentation complies with Allwell Quality Improvement guidelines and any federal and state mandated requirements.

Complies with clinical supervision requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active, valid, unrestricted Ohio nursing license (LPN or RN).
• Preferred 3-5 years of experience in nursing practice in full time positions in a mental health, substance use disorder, or physical health setting with demonstrated leadership and teaching abilities.

• Must have current valid Ohio Driver’s License and be acceptable to Allwell’s insurance.
• Must have solid problem solving/nursing skills.
• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Must be able to prioritize and manage a schedule with multiple demands involving clients, colleagues, and the general public.
