This position is responsible for providing direct and indirect clinical services to a segment of Allwell's client population within licensure standards and state regulations. The Outpatient Clinician completes and submits all required documentation to meet productivity standards and provides community education and agency consultation along with emergency services as directed. 

• Master’s degree and Ohio licensure as an LSW or LPC required.
• Two years’ experience in clinical practice preferred.
• Must maintain license eligibility via approved CEU requirements.
• Exercise analysis and judgment in discriminating among many alternatives.
• Solutions to problems require the application of established practices.
• References to supervision and precedents is available as needed.
• Monitors a complex process.
• Oversees day-to-day operation of own caseload under director’s supervision.
• Must be able to self-motivating and work with minimal supervision.
